MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Conversations / $25 MONTH
This membership provides:
– Lowest cost way to crowdfund regular and valuable gatherings for COS
– Access to all gatherings – Free coffee for you and your guests ($5 value per person each visit)
– Unlimited guest passes for gatherings
– Member’s rate for all meeting room bookings ($40/hr. 8-5, M-F or $60/hr. evenings and weekends = $20 savings per hour)
Co-Worker Basic / $125 MONTH
This membership provides:
– Access to all gatherings
– Unlimited guest passes for gatherings – Free coffee for you and your guests ($5 value per person each visit)
– 8-5, M-F access to flex co-working space
– Member’s rate for all meeting room bookings ($50/hr. 8-5, M-F or $75/hr. evenings and weekends = $20 savings per hour)
Co-Worker 24/7 / $250 month ($2500 ANNUAL)
Provides access to all our flex co-working space; meeting rooms are reservable with credits – includes five credits per month ($250 value).
CO-WORKER BASIC (SPOUSE) / $75 month
Add one spouse membership at a discounted rate. Have them join you in the space! They also get 4 credits per month ($160 value)
Shared Office / $375 month
The Shared Office Members get access to one of three shared 100 sq. foot full offices available to reserve as needed. Some people reserve one of these closed-door offices multiple times a week all day or multiple days a week for just a few hours. Includes 10 credits per month ($500 value).
CO-WORKER BASIC (CORPORATE) / $200 month ($2000 annual)
The corporate price is per person for two or more members paid by an employer. Each corporate co-worker gets 5 credits per month ($250 value).
Business Mailbox / $75 month
Provides your business with a physical mailing address, a physical mailbox that your mail is delivered to + 1 credit/mo.
Credit = Day Pass or 1 Conference Room Hour.
Virtual Mailbox / $100 Month
Provides your business with a physical mailing address, a virtual app-based mailbox to make decisions regarding your mail + 2 credits/mo. Credit = Day Pass or 1 Conference Room Hour.

- Dedicated Desks – $375/mo.

Meeting room reservation is hourly or daily by members and non-members:
8-5p Monday-Friday
- Non-Members: $75/hr. for 2-70+ capacity meeting rooms.
$450 for 8 hours. - Members: $50/hr. for 2-70+ person meeting rooms.
$300 for 8 hours.
Evenings and Weekends
- Non-Members: $90/hr. for 2-70+ capacity meeting rooms.
$540 for 8 hours. - Members: $75/hr. for 2-70+ capacity meeting rooms.
$450 for 8 hours.
What CREDITS Get You
Members can exchange each credit for one of the following:
- 1 hr. of meeting room
- 1 hr. of podcast/video studio
- 1 days of co-working for a guest or for virtual members
